Shipping Policy for The Palette Collection Fashion and Accessories

At The Palette Collection, we strive to ensure your items are delivered safely and promptly. Please review our shipping guidelines and timelines to stay informed about your order.

**Combined Orders** We do not refund shipping costs on combined orders during launches, promotions, or special events.

**Domestic Shipping (US)**- **Shipping Fees:** All shipping fees are non-refundable.- We offer shipping via **USPS** and **FedEx** for all domestic orders.

**When Will My Order Ship?**-
- Typical Weekly Orders: Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped (excluding weekends and holidays)
- Launch Orders: During launches or restocks, please allow 7-10 business days for processing (excluding weekends and holidays).- **Sale Orders:
- During sales: please allow 10-15 business days for processing (excluding weekends and holidays).-
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 7 AM on Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday.


**Shipping Options & Protection**-
- USPS Ground Advantage Shipping: Delivery time ranges from 5-10 days (excluding processing and weekends). Please note: lost or stolen packages are the customer’s responsibility, and The Palette Collection is not liable.

- USPS Priority Shipping: Delivery ranges from 2-6 days (excluding processing and weekends). This option includes insurance up to $100, and claims for lost packages can be filed with USPS. Stolen packages are not covered, and The Palette Collection is not responsible for stolen packages.

- USPS Priority with Signature Confirmation: This option ensures safe delivery with a required signature upon receipt.

- FedEx Home Delivery: Ranges from 3-8 days (excluding processing and weekends).

 
The Palette Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please note, we are currently not shipping internationally via due to customs delays. -
**Refusal of Package:** If the customer refuses the package, the order will be refunded minus any duties, taxes, and return shipping costs incurred.


### **P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO Addresses**- **Domestic P.O. Boxes and Rural Postal Codes:** Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes and rural addresses in the U.S.-
**APO/FPO/DPO Addresses:** We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time. Please check back for updates. 
- **International P.O. Boxes:** We do not ship to international P.O. Boxes, except for Canada.

### **Intercepting Packages through USPS**If you wish to intercept a package before delivery, it will be the responsibility of the customer. Any additional fees will be charged to the customer. Please note that the package intercept is not guaranteed.

### **Lost or Stolen Packages**The Palette Collection is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you experience a lost or stolen package, please file a claim with USPS, FedEx, or the respective carrier.

**No claim can be filed if First-Class shipping is chosen.**
